My Background
Pandit Suresh Shandil "Maharaj", Justice of Peace, was born and brought up in Fiji, before shifting to Australia in 1987.
His roots are tied to village Siswarya, Gonda, Ayodhya (UP, India). A Bachelor of Science by education and a registered teacher in QLD, his career spans close to 27 years, before he retired from the government job.

Pandit Shandil has been following and teaching Hindu rituals since 1999 and is a practising priest in Boondal's Gayatri temple for the last 27 years.
He has been involved with the temple since the start, and has been the 1st Secretary of the temple.
